In general I think most of the hullabaloo about the strength of the Chinese market is a bit exaggerated. That was until I found myself in a Nathan Rd jewelry store on a Sunday morning. This was Easter Sunday too.

It was like a madhouse of people who couldn't wait to drop some cash on some gold or diamonds (mostly gold). Most but not all seemed to be in Mainlanders... Looking to tape some major purchases onto their bodies for the journey home. :-P

I'm in the wrong business.....
