Club Gala's Opening Night

Last week I went to the opening night party for a new club in Hong Kong, called Gala's.    Its on Lyndhurst Terrace across from Hyde (recently relaunched as "Nova" from what I understand).     Gala's is designed by the same people who did Cubic in Macau... so the interior will be familiar to those of you who have been to Cubic (I don't go as often lately, but between the old one and new one, I've been a good # of times over the years...)  

Lots of shine, lots of lasers,  lots of table service.  It's a good size but square foot wise is not the biggest club in Hong Kong by any means.  The team doing the music has started off with a line up of international DJs.    If they can keep this up, it'll be interesting to see how this place impacts the landscape of clubs in Hong Kong.
