They call this a hotdog!

I ordered 'Hot Dog' off the menu at this unnamed university cafeteria in HK and this is what I got... A sausage on a bed of sliced tomatoes and cucumbers bathed in mayo (yuck!) and then buried under lettuce.

Needless to say, not what I expected...
